In brief: Today's the day that Samsung finally unveils its next Galaxy devices, and you can watch the whole thing right here at 6am PT/9am ET. There will be several new products on show at the Unpacked event, but the focus will be on the company's next-gen foldables: the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6.

Samsung's announcement video makes it obvious that the event is going to be mostly about its foldable devices. And seeing as this is 2024, there's the obligatory mention that "Galaxy AI is here" in the video's description.

As is always the case before a new device reveal, we've already seen the range of new colors that Samsung's next foldables will sport, as well as what looks like the final spec list. Both handsets appear to be receiving iterative updates, with only minor changes to the designs and internals.

Unpacked isn't just about phones. Samsung's Galaxy Ring, which it teased at the last Unpacked event in January, looks almost certain to get a full reveal today – especially as the ring is set to arrive in August.

The wellness-focused Galaxy Ring will be available in platinum silver, gold and ceramic black, and tracks metrics such as sleep, movement, heart rate, and other health-related data. It's rumored to cost $300 to $350, with Samsung possibly offering a health and fitness subscription alongside it.

Expect Samsung to spend plenty of time talking about Galaxy AI at Unpacked. Some Samsung devices already feature the likes of Google's Circle to Search, live and text Translate, and Photo Assist, so Samsung will likely be introducing some new features, including a rumored WhatsApp real-time translation.

A new Galaxy Watch is also expected to be on show. We've already seen listings for a Galaxy Watch 7, which looks set to pack a 3nm chipset and upgraded health sensors. Samsung might also unveil a beefier (and more expensive, at about $700) Galaxy Watch Ultra – its response to the Apple Watch Ultra – that has a dial and buttons on the side instead of a rotating bezel and features an Apple-style slide-in watchband connector.

Finally, the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 and Buds 3 Pro will likely be part of the event. Samsung is again said to be imitating Apple by using a stem design for the latest Buds, with the Pros offering a two-way speaker, adaptive noise control, blade lights, and ambient sound.

Come back at 6am PT/9am ET to see if the expectations, leaks, and rumors prove accurate.
