The thing that always surprises me is the huge variation in price between different markets, making a recommended monitor in one area (like the US) hopeless in another market due to poor availability and high pricing.
My 32" 1440p monitor is awesome, but I keep looking at massive ultrawide monitors (the 57" Samsung would be amazing) - but the cost is prohibitive and I'm not sure about compatibility.
